Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for eligible returns. Contact us as soon as possible at our store's designated customer service email to request a cancellation.

AngelauraLuxe reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment. Customers will be notified of any cancellation initiated by AngelauraLuxe, and refunds will be issued where applicable.
